Hemp seeds are very versatile and can be used in many different ways. Here are some of the ways we like to use hemp seeds! These recipes are super easy to follow and use nutrient-rich ingredients.
Hemp seed milk
Hemp seeds can be made into a plant-based milk alternative that is packed with nutrients like calcium, vitamins D and B12, and healthy fats. It is super easy to make hemp seed milk, all you need is 2 ingredients and a blender! Check out our recipe for hemp milk here.
Hemp protein
Hemp is a complete protein source, making it a great food to have before exercising. If you are not a fan of store protein powders or pre-workout, you can make your own natural protein powder using only organic ingredients.
Add hemp to your smoothies for extra fiber, protein, and vitamins.
