Oat fiber is made from the ground up hulls of oats as they are packed with fiber but are not able to be consumed along with the oats. Oat fiber can be used as wheat flour or just added to smoothies and soups for a thicker consistency.
Oat fiber is insoluble dietary fiber. This type of fiber is very important in maintaining a healthy digestive tract, as it doesn't dissolve in water as soluble fiber does. Soluble fiber causes digestion to slow due to the fact that it absorbs water, where insoluble fiber speeds digestion up.
Additionally, insoluble fiber keeps you feeling full for longer periods.
Oat fiber lowers blood sugar, cholesterol, and contains no calories. Oat bran is also rich in magnesium and iron and is low carb.
Oat fiber can be used as corn starch to thicken the consistency of any desired food. Oat fiber is most commonly used in smoothies, oats, bread, crusts, and other baked goods. It adds bulk to the recipe while still being very light in both flavor and consistency.

Flaxseed is a powerful ally for hormone health, especially for women. Rich in lignans, fiber, and Omega-3 fatty acids, flaxseed helps regulate estrogen levels, supports menstrual health, and eases menopause symptoms. Its phytoestrogens naturally balance estrogen, while its fiber aids in detoxifying excess hormones. Adding 1-2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed daily to smoothies, salads, or baked goods can be a simple way to promote hormonal balance and overall well-being.
