Cardamom or Elettaria cardamomum is a plant made from the seeds of Elettaria. This plant is a part of the ginger family, originating from India. This herb has been compared in taste to mint, both sharing the same amount of sweetness. Cardamom is known to be helpful for many different health problems.

Cardamom is very rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory enzymes. These are important to fight chronic inflammation, which can be very dangerous.
