It can be difficult to find grains that are naturally gluten-free if you have a gluten intolerance or celiac, here are some of our gluten-free products. Sometimes naturally gluten-free grains can be contaminated with gluten by other products if they are processed in the same place as grains containing wheat, meaning they may have trace amounts of gluten in them.
