Chia seeds are very easy to use in recipes, as they are mainly added to drinks, oatmeal, smoothies, salads, etc., and don't need to be cooked. They are great for toppings on things like salads, acai bowls, and oatmeal. Chia is super absorbent and turns into a jelly-like substance when mixed with liquid. They can be added to your favorite drinks for added nutrition and texture. Chia seed pudding is a popular way to prepare chia, it only requires a few steps and preparation.
Our chia pudding recipes only need 4-5 ingredients (depending on the recipe). It only takes a few minutes to prepare the mixture which is then left in the fridge overnight. All you need is chia, unsweetened coconut milk, honey, and fruit for topping (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries). First, you add the chia seeds and milk to a jar, then shake well. Wait five minutes and shake again, then place in a refrigerator overnight. Then add pudding to a cup or bowl and serve with honey and strawberries. That's it! It's a super easy, delicious chia recipe that you can find here.
