Hemp seeds are very versatile and can be used in many different ways. Here are some of the ways we like to use hemp seeds! These recipes are super easy to follow and use nutrient-rich ingredients.

Hemp seed milk

Hemp seeds can be made into a plant-based milk alternative that is packed with nutrients like calcium, vitamins D and B12, and healthy fats. It is super easy to make hemp seed milk, all you need is 2 ingredients and a blender! Check out our recipe for hemp milk here.

Hemp protein

Hemp is a complete protein source, making it a great food to have before exercising. If you are not a fan of store protein powders or pre-workout, you can make your own natural protein powder using only organic ingredients.

Hemp smoothie

Add hemp to your smoothies for extra fiber, protein, and vitamins. You can make a Super Smoothie Supplement with hemp, chia seeds, flaxseed, oat fiber, and lion’s mane powder for an amazing energy and mood booster! Or you could make a Hemp Seed Smoothie by adding hemp seeds along with some other fruit smoothie ingredients for a refreshing treat.

Hemp oatmeal

Because hemp is packed with protein and fiber, it’s a fantastic ingredient to include in your breakfast. One of our favorite kinds of hemp recipes are hemp oatmeal. You can make it an additive for your regular oatmeal or try hemp oatmeal.

Hemp pesto

Did you know you could make your hemp seeds into a delicious pesto? This pesto recipe is a great way to incorporate more hemp seeds into your diet while still eating your favorite foods!
