Organic Toasted Chickpeas Snack Yum
Chickpeas are like a blank canvas, and you can season this toasted treat with whatever spices or spice blends you like best! They make a wonderful snack, very satisfying. Chickpeas are also nutritious and a great source of protein, iron and fiber.

Ingredients (makes 8-10 servings):
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Toss chickpeas in oil and spice(s).
- Spread evenly on cookie sheet with non-stick silicone mat or tin foil.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
