Organic Toasted Sunflower Seeds - Simple and Delicious Yum
Crunchy, aromatic and flavorful, these sunflower seeds make the perfect snack. They are filling and full of protein, minerals and Vitamin E. Sprinkled on a salad they add a wonderful flavor boost and on yogurt they add a great crunch.

Ingredients (makes 1/2 cup):
- Place sunflower seeds in an dry skillet.
- Heat over medium heat for 1 minute, then stir.
- Stir every 30-45 seconds until the sunflower seeds reach desired golden brown color.
