This delicious fall take on a classic snack is delicious spread on a piece of whole-wheat toast or served with vegetables and chips. It is healthy, filling, and packed with fiber and protein so you can eat it guilt-free!

Ingredients (Serves 6 to 8):
1. Set all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until it has a smooth consistency.
2. Spoon Hummus into serving bowl and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.
