Quick 'n Easy Blender Mac 'n Cheese Yum

Creamy and deliciously cheesy, this classic kid's meal is kicked up a notch in flavor when you add bacon or scallions. Delectable but at the same time so simple- this will become a regular for your family's table.

INGREDIENTS (Makes 6 cups)
  • 2 cups dry macaroni
  • 30 g organic soft white wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 115 g cubed cheddar cheese

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Cook macaroni as the package directs.
    2. Put butter, flour, salt, and milk in a high-speed blender and put the cover on tightly.
    3. Turn on blender and slowly increase the speed to high.
    4. Blend for 3-4 minutes, then add cheese while keeping the blender on.
    5. Blend for another minute.
    6. Pour cheese mixture over cooked macaroni and stir.
    7. Top with chopped bacon, scallions, hot sauce or crumbled sausage.
    Note: This recipe thickens as it cools, best served warm.
