INGREDIENTS (makes 3 servings):
  • 1 cup assorted fruits, frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 2 tsp. flaxseed
  • 2 tsp. lion's mane

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
