INGREDIENTS (makes 1 serving):
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1/2 tsp. lion's mane extract
  • Sweetener (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Prepare black tea, and steep for 5 minutes. Add lions mane extract, and sweeten to taste. Enjoy!
