Wheat berries are a fantastic addition to any meal. Cooking wheat berries is incredibly simple, all you have to do is choose your favorite ingredients to go with!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak wheat berries 5-6 hours or overnight.
  2. Bring water to a boil, then add wheat berries and salt. Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring often.
