Overnight Strawberry Cheesecake Oats Yum

Some mornings are so hectic that breakfast becomes an afterthought. Start your day off right with these delicious overnight strawberry cheesecake oats, ready for you in your fridge!



  1. Add strawberries to a saucepan on medium heat. Cook until softened, then mash with a fork. Add chia seeds and maple syrup and stir. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix oats, flax, yogurt, oat milk, lemon zest, vanilla, and cream cheese in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a mason jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. In a cup or bowl, spoon in oats and layer with jam. Enjoy!
