Raspberry Chia Jam Yum

 This delicious chia seed jam goes perfect on toast or a bagel!


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3 medjool dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp honey


  1. Add frozen raspberries, vanilla bean paste, and honey to a pan and cook over medium heat for a few minutes. 
  2. Add chia seeds and turn down the heat. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Add the mixture to a blender and add in the dates. Blend until fully combined. Refrigerate in a closed container to keep fresh. Enjoy!
