Pumpkin Seed Salad Dressing Yum

This healthy salad dressing can be used to add a zesty flavor to any salad, sandwich wrap, or even pasta! Pumpkin seeds are a great source of iron, fiber, and protein.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
