Simple, but hearty and delicious, this overnight oatmeal recipe is packed with nutrients that will start your day right! Finishing off your bowl with cacao nibs adds a healthy but rich chocolate flavor, or a sprinkle of sucanat to finish it off with a subtle hint of molasses.

INGREDIENTS (1 serving):

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Place, flax, chia, turmeric, and cinnamon in a jar and shake to combine. 
    2. Add banana, oatmeal, and yogurt. Stir thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator overnight. Warm and top with cacao nibs and/or sucanat if desired. Enjoy!
