Overnight Chia Pudding - Vegan
This pudding containing only 4 ingredients is a healthy, and yummy breakfast that can be prepared the night before! Flax is chock-full of fiber, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids, so it's the perfect way to kick-start your digestive system!

Ingredients (Makes 2 Cups)
  • 6 Tbsp.  chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. honey (for serving)
  • 1 chopped strawberry (for serving)

    Preparation Instructions:

    • Mix chia seeds and milk in a mason jar, and shake to mix.
    • Let it sit for 5 minutes and shake again. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    • Serve with honey and strawberries (if desired). Enjoy!
