Overnight Chia Pudding - Vegan
This pudding containing only 4 ingredients is a healthy, and yummy breakfast that can be prepared the night before! Chia is chock-full of fiber, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids, so it's the perfect way to kick-start your digestive system!

Ingredients (Makes 2 Cups)
  • 6 Tbsp.  chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. honey (for serving)
  • 1 chopped strawberry (for serving)

    Preparation Instructions:

    • Mix chia seeds and milk in a mason jar, and shake to mix.
    • Let it sit for 5 minutes and shake again. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    • Serve with honey and strawberries (if desired). Enjoy!

    In the description it says, “Flax is chock-full of fiber, minerals …” etc. but there is no flax in the recipe itself! Should flax be added or should the description say “chia seeds” instead of flax? This recipe looks beautiful and I would like to make it correctly. Thanks.
