looks yummy…whenever i make polenta or corn grits, to prevent large lumps i will take a couple cups of water and soak the meal in it before adding to the boiling water/milk. So if the recipe asks for 6 cups of liquid, 2 of those cups will be used to soak one cup dry meal to then be added to the heated liquid…I find this easier than adding dry meal to the boiling water… hope this helps…
