Red Lentils - Simple Prep Yum

Enjoy this super simple preparation of red lentils that can be enjoyed as simple or as fancy as you would like! It can easily be doubled or even tripled to suit your needs and it is so versatile!

INGREDIENTS (makes 1 servings:
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place lentils and water in a small pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium-low and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until lentils are tender.
  2. Serve warm, with a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of salt. Enjoy!
