Flaxseed Eggs - Vegan Yum

Flaxseed eggs are a great substitution for real eggs in most baking recipes. This is very quick and easy recipe that works great for vegan diets! Flaxseed is rich in protein, dietary fiber, magnesium and much more.

INGREDIENTS (Makes the equivalent of 1 egg)


  1. Add ground flax and water to a bowl and stir well
  2. Let sit for 7-10 minutes to thicken.
