Crispy Seed Crackers Yum

Crispy crackers made with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, and oats. A delicious, vegan, gluten-free, low-carb snack that can be made in under an hour!

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix in avocado oil, water, and maple syrup. Roll the mix into a ball and let sit for 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. To roll the mixture out, cover a baking pan in parchment paper and place the ball on it with another parchment sheet on top. Use a rolling pin to roll it flat on the pan. Remove the parchment paper from the top of the dough and place in the oven.
  3. Bake for 20-23 minutes until crispy and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Break crackers into desired size and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
