Lion's Mane Banana Smoothie Yum

This smoothie is a super simple and healthy treat made with lion's mane, coconut milk, maple syrup, and bananas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp lion's mane powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add lion's mane powder, frozen fruit, coconut milk, and maple syrup to blender. Pulse blend until smooth.
  2. Add cacao nibs and stir. Enjoy!
