Cinnamon Buckwheat Porridge - Simple and Delicious Yum
Yummy, filling, and super easy to make, this porridge is a great way to start your day. It's incredibly versatile, and buckwheat groats are packed with important protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. To pump up the protein, try adding nuts or seeds.

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving):
- 1/2 cup rinsed buckwheat groats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Apples and honey, if desired
- Mix together buckwheat, water, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with chopped apples and a drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
