If you enjoyed our Matcha Teafee, you are going to love this Chia Matcha pudding! This nutritious pudding recipe is perfect for a snack, breakfast, or dessert!

BSF Kitchen Test: 10/01/17

INGREDIENTS (makes 1 serving):
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp matcha
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Blend the first four ingredients until there are no matcha lumps left.
    • Put the chia seeds into a bowl and pour the matcha mixture into it.
    • Stir, and let sit for 20 minutes. Stir again, and put into fridge for 1 hour.
    • Serve with fresh berries, granola or just a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
