This maca smoothie is a great way to start the day. Maca powder is a super supplement that provides many health benefits and tons of energy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tsp ground flax
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • ice (8-10 cubes)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
