This tasty oat cookie recipe makes a super quick and easy snack. The creamy texture of the bananas and almond butter is hard to beat!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mash the bananas in a medium bowl, then add the oats and egg. 
  3. Stir until fully combined, then add the almond butter and honey.
  4. line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Scoop about 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture, roll mixture into a ball shape, and place it on baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  6. Bake for 12-16 minutes. Enjoy!
