These oats are packed with amazing ingredients and nutrients. Hemp hearts are rich in heart-healthy nutrients and essential fatty acids. They are also a great source of protein and will give you the energy you need to start your day!



  1.  Add regular rolled oats, ground flaxseed, hemp hearts, chia seeds, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt to a bowl and mix. 
  2. If you want the texture of your oats to be more soup-like, add 1/4 cup of oat milk. Top with pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
