Toasted Pumpkin Seeds - Simple and Delicious

These toasted pumpkin seeds are the perfect mid-afternoon snack to tide you over until dinner and are packed with protein, fiber, and iron. Toasted pumpkin seeds are scrumptious by themselves, but can be even more delicious on a parfait or in trail mix.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium heat. Mix the salt and pumpkin seeds.
  • Place the pumpkin seeds in the pan, and toast until they give off a toasted aroma and are golden brown (make sure not to burn them, watch them carefully). Enjoy!
