Quinoa Flour Yum

Quinoa flour is a great substitute for regular whole wheat flour. Quinoa is gluten-free, making it a useful alternative for a celiac diet. Quinoa is also high in protein, fiber, iron, magnesium, and many other vitamins. 

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook quinoa in pan on medium heat until it is slightly toasted. Stir frequently to avoid burning. Remove any burnt parts if necessary before blending
  2. Add toasted quinoa to coffee grinder and blend. Open lid of grinder and stir to make sure everything had blended. Pour the flour over a mesh strainer to remove any large pieces.
