Pumpkin Pie Breakfast Oats Yum

These pumpkin pie oats are great for a cool autumn morning. Chia seeds are a great source of protein for a boost of energy to start your day!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cooked regular rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pie spice
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • walnuts to top

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together all wet ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Add pie spice, cinnamon, rolled oats, and chia seeds.
  3. Move to a covered container and refrigerate overnight. Top with walnuts. Enjoy!
