Strawberry-Flax Popsicle - Simple and Delicious
Nothing is more refreshing on a hot summer day than a popsicle. This Strawberry-Flax popsicle is full of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids from the flax, and vitamin C and minerals from the strawberries. So enjoy this fresh pop without any guilt!

Ingredients (makes 8 popsicles):
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. ground flax
  • 2 tbsp. honey

    Cooking Instructions:

    • Blend the ingredients until mixture is completely smooth with no chunks
    • Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
