If you want to know how to make oat flour at home, it's super easy. You can make gluten-free flour with the oats you have in your pantry!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. With a high-powered food processor, add oats and blend to a smooth powder. To make sure there aren't any unblended oats you can strain the flour through a sifter to remove and re-blend the whole pieces. 
  2. Store in an airtight container for 8-10 weeks. Enjoy!
