Matcha Teafee - Simple and Delicious

Nothing is more refreshing than a big glass of iced coffee, adding matcha to this coffee drink is deliciously refreshing and the hint of sweetness from the sucanat really pulls this drink together. Enjoy slightly warm, or chill in the fridge for up to thirty minutes for an especially chilly, delightful drink.

Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
  • 2 tsp. black coffee, chilled
  • 2 tbsp. chilled matcha
  • Frothed milk
  • Sucanat, for garnish (optional)

    Cooking Instructions

    1. Fill glass with ice, and pour matcha over the ice.
    2. Top with coffee and garnish with froth and sucanat.
