This delicious mango chia pudding is the perfect summer treat!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup nonfat coconut milk
  • 2 cups chopped mango
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend mango chunks into a puree.
  2. In a bowl, mix blended mango, chia seeds, coconut milk, and agave nectar.
  3. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
