INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 cup assorted frozen fruit
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp lion's mane
  • half an apple, sliced
  • 1/2 cup water


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
