Chocolate Baked Oats Yum

These chocolate baked oats make a delicious yet healthy breakfast!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. In an oven-safe dish, pour in the mixture until about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
