Chocolate Oat Milk Yum

If you love chocolate milk but hate those artificial sugars, this recipe is for you!
INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Add the oats, maple syrup, and water to a blender and blend for about 20 seconds.
  2. Strain the milk with a cheese cloth over a bowl.
  3. heat strained milk in a saucepan on medium heat. Add cocoa powder and vanilla extract and stir.
  4. Take pan off of the heat and let cool. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Hi Cheryl,

Use 4 cups of milk for every 1 cup of oats. You do not need to add any milk.

How much water? no amount of water is listed in the receipe. Is there any milk added to this receipe?
