These super easy truffles make a delicious and healthy snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a food processor and blend. Add the dates, agave, and sunflower butter to the food processor and pulse blend until smooth. If the mixture is too runny, add more coconut flour until it reaches a doughy consistency.
  2. Mold the dough into balls and roll in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
