Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Cookies Yum

Simple, delicious chocolate chip banana oat cookies made with nutritious ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup regular rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then roll cookie dough into medium sized balls and place on the sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
