Einkorn Breadsticks Yum

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 cups einkorn flour (plus extra to spread on the counter)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 2 tbsp sucanat
  • salt
  • pepper
  • italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread butter on bottom of a baking pan and place in oven. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Add 4 cups einkorn flour, coconut flour, butter, baking powder, oat milk, and sucanat to a bowl and mix. Add remaining einkorn and mix.
  3. Spread einkorn flour on a flat surface and roll out dough. Cut dough into strips and place on baking pan. Coat dough on both sides with the butter already on the pan and sprinkle on salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Bake for 15-17 minutes. Enjoy!
