Cooked spelt is a super quick and easy dinner base. Use it for salads, pilaf, and even soups. Spelt can be easily customized with your favorite ingredients to make a hearty dish!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak spelt in water overnight, then strain and rinse spelt thoroughly.
  2. Add all ingredients to a pot, stir, and bring to a boil. Cook for about 40 minutes or until spelt reaches the desired texture.
  3. Strain spelt and enjoy!
