Strawberry Chia Seed Jam Yum

This delicious jam recipe is the perfect treat for breakfast. With only three ingredients and super quick prep time, it is sure to be a favorite!


  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp golden agave syrup


  1. Rinse strawberries and let them dry. Chop strawberries into quarters before adding to pan.
  2. Add strawberries to saucepan set on medium heat. 
  3. Heat until strawberries start to soften and bubble, stirring occasionally.
  4. Mash the softened strawberries with a fork or spoon and add in golden agave syrup.
  5. Take saucepan off the heat, add chia seeds and stir. Add jam to a jar and set in the fridge to cool. Enjoy!
