Try this 3-ingredient chia seed pudding for a super easy and convenient snack!


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup oat milk 
  • 2 tsp honey


  1. Add all ingredients to a container with a lid and stir.
  2. Let sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours/overnight.
  3. Serve with fruit. Enjoy!
