Pumpkin Spice Roasted Seeds Yum

This spiced pumpkin and sunflower seed mix is an incredibly simple and delicious snack to make this autumn!


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, making sure the seeds are fully coated. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove pan and stir seeds before returning to the oven to cook for about another 10 minutes. Remove and let cool. Enjoy!
