INGREDIENTS


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add hemp hearts, flax, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds to a blender and grind on a high setting for about half a minute or until smooth.
  2. Add oat fiber to the mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Store in an airtight container in a dry place for 9-10 days.
