Winter Spice Blend With Flax - Simple Spice Blends Yum

This is a great spice blend and the addition of flax makes it wonderful for your digestive system. Flax is chock-full of fiber, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids, so it's the perfect way to kick-start your digestive system!

INGREDIENTS (Makes 6 Tbsp.)
  • 3 tbsp. brown flaxseed (ground)
  • 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom 

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix together all the ingredients and put in a small spice shaker. Enjoy!
