Toasted Sunflower Seeds - Simple and Delicious

These toasted sunflower seeds are the perfect mid-afternoon snack to tide you over until dinner and are packed with protein, minerals, and vitamin e. Toasted sunflower seeds are scrumptious by themselves, but can be even more delicious on a parfait or in trail mix.

Ingredients (Serves 2):

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium heat. Mix the salt and sunflower seeds.
  • Place the sunflower seeds in the pan, and toast until they give off a toasted aroma and are golden brown (make sure not to burn them, watch them carefully). Enjoy!
