Garam Masala is a spice blend used often in Indian cooking, and it is very useful to have in your cabinet. Turmeric is a powerful antioxidant, and it can also help with inflammation.

INGREDIENTS (makes 3 Tablespoons):
  • 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. ground turmeric
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix together, and store in a dry space. Enjoy!
