This is a medium roast, single-origin Colombian Antioquia Arabica bean coffee that leans a little darker than the usual medium roast out there. This coffee is unique in that it is a Supremo bean which is significantly larger in size than the typical Excelso varieties, and the extra large size of the bean provides a uniquely full-bodied character making for a more full-flavored taste.

These quality, fresh-roasted Supremo beans possess a perfect balance of caramel sweetness and mellow acidity, with subtle sweet and nutty undertones and a dark chocolate finish, rounding out its unique flavor. The coffee also possess a unique and heady aroma.

Our coffee is also hand-crafted in micro-roast batches, which is considered by many to be the best coffee roasting process to bring out the best of the coffee beans.
